1. To enter into a civil agreement concerning the land plot and management decisions:

- to reflect the value of the land in the accounting reports;  
- to apply for a mortgage credit in banks;  
- to enroll a plot of land into the statutory fund;

- to solve property disputes in the courts;  
- to assess the right of limited use of someone’s land and lease rights.  
2. To purchase a state-owned land plot and a lot which belongs to communal property in accordance with the civil act on the right of permanent use of the land or lease, if the immovable property is located on the territory of your land plot, which belongs to the landowner or its user.

To carry out the normative monetary valuation of land due to the civil law contract or management decision, the following documents are required:  
1. For individuals:  
- the State act for a land plot (the copies of both sides);  
- Copies of a passport and a tax ID number;  
- Information about the restrictions or encumbrances (such as mortgage, easement agreement) of the land plot;  
2. For legal entities:  
- a charter and a copy of State Registration Certificate of legal entity (copies);  
- a copy of the certificate of Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;  
- Information about the restrictions or encumbrances (such as mortgage, easement agreement) of land;  
To provide the expert monetary valuation of land purchasing land from the state and communal property, the following documents are required:  
1. For individuals:  
- The original of decree or solution for agreement on selling the land;  
- Notarized copies of legal documents (the lease agreement and the official act for right to permanent use of land);  
- Notarized copies of documents of title to buildings and structures located on the land (a sales contract, the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of real estate,  the  certificate of title to immovable property, the act of taking the property into use);  
- Notarized copies of the title establishing documents of an individual (the certificate of State Registration of Business Entity, a Ukrainian passport and a tax ID number);  
- Photos of the subject property;  
- Documents which are provided by the documentation land development contractor (the cadastral plan of the land with the seal of issuing agency; a copy of the line plan of the plot of land, sealed by the agency of natural resources);  
- Original documents with the assistance of the agency of land resources (the certificate on form No. 6-zem, the certificate of normative monetary evaluation of land; the evidence on existing encumbrances and restrictions);  
2. For legal entities:  
- The original of decree or solution for agreement on selling the land;  
- Notarized copies of legal documents (the lease agreement and the official act for right to permanent use of land);
- Notarized copies of documents of title to buildings and structures located on the land (a sales contract, the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of real estate,  the  certificate of title to immovable property, the act of taking the property into use);
